Guilt-Free Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 8 oz water chestnuts
  • ¼ cup chopped carrots
  • 3 cup baby spinach

Directions

 
  1. Microwave spinach for 1 minute.
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, yogurt, and soup mix. Add water chestnuts, carrots, and spinach and stir gently.
  3. Refrigerate for about 2 hours before serving.
