We have a primary focus on working with athletes. Our focus is geared towards civil service jobs (law enforcement, Fire and Rescue, and EMT'S) and high school athletes. We want to make sure the people we keep us safe are kept safe, and we want to provide skills, so each High School athlete that works with me leaves with life skills to benefit themselves, their family, their school, and community. I have two different training programs depending on your needs. We have three group training programs. Where you receive your monthly smart sheet and accountability is down through weekly zoom meetings and your post on the group site. Our other option is our semi-private group, which has a very geared training program for your needs. Your accountability is through a weekly 1 on 1 zoom meeting and chat and post on your account that goes directly to me.
