Egg-Salad-Filled Endive Cups

Ingredients

  • 6 egg whites, hardboiled
  • 1 head endive
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch paprika

Directions

 
  1. In a medium bowl, combine egg whites, avocado, hot sauce, and salt and pepper.
  2. Mash together with a fork.
  3. Fill endive cups with egg salad filling.
  4. Sprinkle paprika on top and enjoy!
