The journey of each customer is a unique experience for each person. To simplify that journey is what I will do today. We believe in providing an accountability training model where you can gain results based on your strengths and weakness to improve as an athlete
Step 1 Needs Analysis
You will need to do a needs analysis to find the strengths and weaknesses of each athlete. The needs analysis goes over three vital areas 1) overall strength, 2) Mobility or Range of motion, and 3) Muscle imbalances. The needs analysis is completed by recording yourself and taking pictures of specific movements, and uploading them on your account on our site. You can find your needs analysis here. Then you need to schedule your success session to go over the data.
Step 2 Success Session
During the success session, we do so over zoom. We will find out about past experiences training and your overall goals and reasons you were unable to reach your past goals.
During the session, I will share your needs analysis results and how you will reach your goals with us. When the session has started, I will email you the link to the app to see how non-intrusive and how I can create a personalized program to reach your goals, which is the crucial point. During the session, we will go over 1) the equipment available to you, 2) Your schedule 3) how to be successful.
Step 3 Training
Your training program is based on all the information discussed in your success session. You can access your training program in two ways 1) on the app or 2) on your account.
The app
When you click on it, you will see the entire structure of your daily training for the day. If you don’t know how to perform the exercise, there is a video available for each movement to ensure proper form. If questions arrive, you can ask directly on the app. You can record yourself performing the exercise and uploaded it on the app to discuss during the accountability sessions.
On your Account
I upload your program at the start of implementing the plan. You can upload videos and pictures onto the account as well. Your account works very similar to how Facebook works. You can communicate directly with me on here as well.
Step 4 Accountability and Motivation
Each week we will have a 5 to 15-minute Zoom meeting going over Q/A of the training plan, form, and any questions that may arise. I will share coaching cues and ensure form, intensity, and time management for the following successful week. Each meeting will be recorded and added to your account to reference for future use.
Step 5 Quarterly Needs Analysis
I get results for each client. I average a 20% increase in strength every four months for novice and intermediate athletes. I do the quarterly needs analysis to see growth and ensure the next quarter of the year builds on what we have made from the hard work.
The journey will be unique for each athlete and personalized on what the athlete needs and nothing else. I make sure there is no second-guessing on what will work for you. We will know based on your needs analysis how you will gain your results. We build upon each weekly win through our accountability & motivation meetings.
