Ingredients

  • 1 fl oz water
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 scoop Whey Protein
  • 1 oz raw maca powder
  • 1 scoop Glutamine powder

Directions

 
  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and mix on high until completely combined. Consume within 30 minutes post-workout.
