Ingredients
- ⅛ cup maple syrup
- ⅛ tsp, ground pepper
- 1 strip turkey bacon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Pour the maple syrup over the turkey bacon, and bake for 15 minutes.
- Turn the turkey bacon over and baste with the syrup. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until it has reached a desired level of crispiness.
- Remove the turkey bacon from the pan and sprinkle with some of the black pepper. Serve with the protein pancakes.
