Banana Chocolate Chip Protein Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop BSN Syntha-6 Peanut Butter Cookie Protein
  • 2 cup oat flour
  • 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) banana
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 whole egg
  • 2 large egg whites
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp powdered Stevia
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • ¼ cup chips (6 oz package) semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

 
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Spray loaf pan with non-stick spray.
  4. Pour batter into loaf pan.
  5. Bake about 20 minutes, or until inserted knife comes out clean.
