Ingredients
- ½ cup raw oats
- ⅓ cup milk, fat-free
- ⅓ cup vanilla, nonfat greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp black chia seeds
Directions
- Layer all ingredients (base and additional) in a Mason jar with a screw-on lid. After fastening the lid, shake the jar to mix.
- Place the jar(s) in the refrigerator and allow to sit overnight.
- Enjoy cold in the morning.
