Steak And Sweet-Potato Fries

Steak Ingredients

  • 16 oz sirloin steak, about 1 inch thick
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Sweet Potato Fries Ingredients

  • 2 whole sweet potato
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp, ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped

Directions

 
  1. Mix rosemary, garlic, pepper, salt, and olive oil in a bowl.
  2. Cover steak with the mixture and allow it to marinate while you prepare fries.
  3. When fries are almost done, cook steak on the grill or in the pan until the desired doneness. (About 3-4 minutes on each side.)
  4. Directions for sweet-potato fries: Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  5. Place potato wedges in a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients, and mix thoroughly.
  6. Lay wedges flat on a nonstick baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes.
  7. Flip wedges and cook for another 15 minutes, or until they develop a slight golden color.
