Steak Ingredients
- 16 oz sirloin steak, about 1 inch thick
- 1 tbsp rosemary
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Sweet Potato Fries Ingredients
- 2 whole sweet potato
- 1 tbsp rosemary
- 1 tsp, ground black pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
Directions
- Mix rosemary, garlic, pepper, salt, and olive oil in a bowl.
- Cover steak with the mixture and allow it to marinate while you prepare fries.
- When fries are almost done, cook steak on the grill or in the pan until the desired doneness. (About 3-4 minutes on each side.)
- Directions for sweet-potato fries: Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Place potato wedges in a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients, and mix thoroughly.
- Lay wedges flat on a nonstick baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes.
- Flip wedges and cook for another 15 minutes, or until they develop a slight golden color.
