Guilt Free Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1¼ lb ground chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • ¼ cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tbsp yeast extract spread
  • ⅛ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup spinach
  • ¼ cup broccoli
  • 3 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 3 whole mushroom

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line round pan with aluminum foil.
  3. Place ground chicken in the pan.
  4. Add flaxseed and seasoning to pan.
  5. With your hands, mix chicken, flaxseed, and seasoning.
  6. Form chicken to the bottom of the pan.
  7. Spread tomato sauce to half pizza.
  8. Sprinkle one side with nutritional yeast and the other with half of the Daiya cheese.
  9. Garnish pizza with spinach, broccoli, tomatoes, and mushrooms.
  10. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  11. Remove from pan, and cut into quarters.
  12. Eat it just like you would a slice of pizza!
