PED Policy

Public health officials have concluded that possible serious health problems exist associated with the misuse and/or abuse of performance-enhancing drugs, including anabolic steroids. All athletes should rely on these messages in making all performance and health-related decisions.

An Athletes Performance believes that all athletes should be guided by health officials and medical professionals' conclusions regarding the health effects of performance-enhancing drugs, including anabolic steroids, when deciding whether to incorporate these substances in their training regimes.

Sexual Harassment Statement

An Athletes Performance believes that all athletes deserve to participate in sports free from sexual, emotional, and physical abuse. Further, we fully support the recent passage of the  Protecting Young Victims from Sexual Abuse and Safe Sport Authorization Act of 2017, which was aimed at updating a patchwork of state regulations by requiring adults who interact with amateur athletes to report suspected child abuse, including sexual abuse, within 24 hours to local law enforcement. We have shared this news with our readers and hope they will educate themselves on the importance ofSafe SportandHarassment and Abuse In Sport.
