Ingredients
- 1 cup tempeh
- ½ medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2 dia.) red bell pepper, sliced
- ½ whole onion, sliced
- 1 Tbsp garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, powdered
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp garlic, chopped
- 1 head (5" dia) lettuce (butterhead)
Directions
- Heat olive and garlic in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add onion, tempeh, and bell pepper and saute for 3 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and spices and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves.
