Ingredients

  • 1 whole egg
  • ½ cup skim milk
  • 1 scoop Whey Protein

Directions

 
  1. Mix together all of the ingredients.
  2. Spray the waffle maker and add the batter.
  3. Optional: Top with mixed berry cream cheese for a sweet addition!
