Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup raw oats
  • ⅛ cup flour
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup liquid egg whites
  • 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) banana
  • ⅓ cup milk (2% fat)
  • 2 scoop grenade hydra 6
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened

Directions

 
  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add in wet ingredients, and blend.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes.
