Banana Chocolate Chip Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup raw oats
  • ⅓ cup milk, fat-free
  • ⅓ cup vanilla, nonfat greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp black chia seeds

Directions

 
  1. Layer all ingredients (base and additional) in a Mason jar with a screw-on lid. After fastening the lid, shake the jar to mix.
  2. Place the jar(s) in the refrigerator and allow to sit overnight.
  3. Enjoy cold in the morning.
